Ingredients Needed to prepare :

Lobster – 3 x lbs
White wine – 3 cups
Onion – 1
Carrot – 1
Thyme – ¼ tsp
Celery stalk – 1
Mushrooms – ½ lb
Peppercorns – 6
Tarragon – 1 tb
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Butter – 6 tb
Cream – 1 tb
Flour – 6 tb
Whipping cream – 1 cup
Egg yolks – 2
Mustard – 1 tb
Cup cognac – 1/3
Salt – ¼ tsp
Grated Cheese – ½ cup

How to Cook the Delicious Maine Lobster Thermidor

Pour wine and water along with chopped vegetables into a kettle, and heat the kettle for fifteen minutes
When the mixture begins to boil, add live lobsters to it. Cover the kettle and heat it for more 20 minutes
Mix butter, salt and lemon juice with the mushrooms, and then heat the mushrooms slowly for ten minutes in a covered saucepan
Pour the mushroom juice into the kettle. Keep boiling the mixture until it is reduced to two cups
Take another saucepan to cook the mixture of floor and butter for 2 minutes. Then add this mixture to the sauce in the kettle. Boil and stir it for 1 minute
Split the boiled lobsters into two lengthwise. Remove the black substance from the intestine and around the eyes
Take the liver and the coral. Crush and mix them in bowl. Blend whipping cream, mustard and egg yolks with the mix, and then add the sauce to it
Give hit to the sauce again and stir it when it boils for two minutes. Spread a spoonful of cream over it
Remove the meat from the Seafood lobsters and then, cut the meat into cubes. Put a skillet with butter on moderate heat. Stir the lobster meat slowly for five minutes
Boil the liquid until it is reduced by half. Take in the skillet mushrooms and sauce. Keep shaking the skillet every time
Arrange the meat, mushroom and sauce in a roasting pan. Sprinkle cheese cubes over them
Keep the pan inside the oven at 220 degree C for fifteen minutes until the sauce turns brown in color
