Ginger Salmon – Quick and Easy Family Recipe

For an amazingly quick and simple recipe for salmon look no further, this recipe will provide a whole family with a tasty meal.

Enough for four people
4 salmon fillets, fresh
Sweet chili sauce, 3 tbsp
Half an inch ginger, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Soya sauce, 3 tablespoons
Lime, just a splash

Combine in a large bowl the soya sauce, garlic, sweet chili sauce and lime.
Then place the fillets into this mixture and ensure that the salmon fillets are completely covered on all sides.

You should let the salmon marinade for around 10-30 minutes, depending on how much time you have to spare.

Place the salmon fillets on a non-stick oven tray, pouring the remaining marinade over them.

Bake until the salmon is cooked all the way through by baking in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes (do note: the cooking time does depend on how thick and how big the fillets are).

You can serve this up with some steamed vegetables together with some potato chips.
